“For the mystery of iniquity and lawlessness is already at work; but He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord will slay with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the glory of His coming; that is, the one whose coming is in accord with the activity of Satan, with great power and with all kinds of signs and counterfeit miracles, and with all the deception of wickedness among those who are perishing, because they would not receive the love of the truth which could have saved them.”  (2 Thessalonians 2:7-10)

 

The expression New World Order, which we are hearing quite regularly these days, is not new. 

The Latin form of the term appeared on the Great Seal of America which was first used publicly in 1782; and both sides of the Great Seal have been printed on the reverse side of the one dollar note since 1935.

The Latin phrase is Novus Ordo Seclorum, which means, “New Order of the Ages” or New World Order.

 

THE GREAT SEAL OF THE UNITED STATES

The Great Seal of the United States is used to authenticate certain documents issued by the US federal government. The phrase is used both for the physical seal itself (which is kept by the US Secretary of State), and more generally for the design impressed upon it.

The design on the front of the great seal is the national coat of arms of the US which is officially used on documents such as US passports, military insignia, embassy placards, and various flags. As a coat of arms, the design has official colours; but the physical Great Seal itself, as affixed to paper, is in monochrome - black/grey and white.

The Seal of the President of the US is directly based on the Great Seal, and its elements are used in numerous government agency and state seals.

The coat of arms features a shield, which is supported by a bald eagle with its wings outstretched. From the eagle’s perspective, it holds a bundle of 13 arrows in its left talon (foot), and an olive branch with 13 leaves in its right talon, together symbolizing that the USA has “a strong desire for peace, but will always be ready for war.”

The eagle has its head turned towards the olive branch. This is said to symbolize a preference for peace. In its beak, the eagle clutches the motto E pluribus unum  (“Out of Many, One”). Over its head there appears a “glory” (or halo) with 13 stars on a blue field, arranged in rows of 1-4-3-4-1, forming a six-pointed star. 

On the reverse side of the seal is an unfinished pyramid. The capstone, suspended above the pyramid, is a triangle with an eye in the centre, emitting a glory of light. 

On the base of the pyramid is inscribed the date in Roman numerals, MDCCLXXVI (1776)  – the year of the formation of the United States Union.

Above and below the pyramid are two Latin mottos:

1. “Annuit Coeptis”.  This motto has 13 letters, and signifies that, “He has favoured our undertakings.” 

2. Novus Ordo Seclorum which means “New Order of the Ages” (New World Order).

The number 13 is featured nine times on the Great Seal.   * 13 stars (in the “glory” above the eagle’s head)  * 13 stripes on the shield  * 13 arrows in the eagle’s talon  * 13 olive leaves and 13 olives on the branch  * 13 brick levels of the pyramid  *13 letters in the mottos “E pluribus unum”  * 13 letter in “annuit cœptis” and   * there are 52 characters on the whole seal -  4 x 13.

The number 13 refers to the original 13 states of the American Union.

There are various interpretations of the Great Seal. Some American Christians believe it is an inspired symbol – a sign of God’s work in establishing the American republic. The number 13, some believe represents unity.

It is believed by many that the detached Capstone of the Pyramid represents Lucifer, who, in the person of the Antichrist, will rule during the second half of the Great Tribulation.

The All-Seeing in the Capstone is also known as the Eye of Horus,  the Egyptian sun god, who is a form of Tammuz, and Baal.

Christians have been led to believe that the government of the USA is based on the basic principles of the Bible. But historical evidence argues against the view that those who formulated the foundational documents of American government were fundamental Christians. To  the  contrary,  many  of  those  who  wrote  and signed the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation  and  the  US  Constitution, were Freemasons.

“Some of the greatest names of the American Revolution were Masons: Ethan Alien, Edmund Burke, John Claypoole, Benjamin Franklin, John Hancock, William Daws, John Paul Jones, Robert Livingston, Paul Revere, Colonel Benjamin Tupper, and George Washington.

1776, as well as being the year of the Union foundation, was the year a secretive organisation called The Illuminati, which was founded by Adam Weishaupt, a professor of Canon Law in Bavaria, Germany.

Weishaupt was born in 1748, and was credited as being “the profoundest conspirator that has ever existed.” He had received early training under the Jesuits, but as a rebellious youth, turned to radical and occult philosophy.

Before Weishaupt’s Illuminati was formed, there were many other secret societies such as the German Illuminists, and the French Martinists or French Illumines. Under the guidance of the latter sect, a wave of occultism swept over France, and lodges everywhere became centres of instruction on the Cabala, magic, divination, alchemy, and theosophy; masonic rites degenerated into ceremonies for the evocation of spirits - women, who were now admitted to these assemblies, screamed, fainted, fell into convulsions, and lent themselves to experiments of the most horrible kind.

Weishaupt, “the profoundest conspirator,” capitalized on the existing and rivalling societies, and succeeded in consolidating control over many of them. From the very beginning, he conspired to capture the Freemasons.

In 1777, Adam Weishaupt became a member of the Freemasons, which itself was, and still is, an extremely secret society. The Illuminati infiltration of the Masonic Lodges was so thorough, that for many years the European Lodges were filled with “Illumination.” The Illuminati became an order of the Freemasons and the Freemasons became an order of the Illuminati.

The Illuminati used the symbol of the “all-seeing eye,” as did the Freemasons, and other groups such as the Rosicrucians. In fact, all three are believed to be linked.

Weishaupt’s Illuminati organisation promoted a long-term program of abolition:

1.   Abolition of monarchy and all ordered government

2.  Abolition of private property

3.  Abolition of inheritance

4.  Abolition of patriotism

5.  Abolition of the family (i.e. of marriage and all morality), and the institution of the communal education of children.

6.  Abolition of religion. The replacement of the worship of God by the worship of “reason” - rationalism.

Members were enlisted and brought into the Order, as Novices. These people were “illuminated” with humanitarian ideas and conditioned to embrace the “higher mysteries.” As they “progressed” they were promoted to higher levels but only as they proved satisfactory, and reached the inner circles, were they allowed to see the real goal - “World Rulership.” Only a handful of most trusted initiates of the innermost circles, knew that Weishaupt was the founder and head of the society.

The society had immense success in attracting prominent men throughout Europe, and even in America. In 1798, George Washington, although a Mason, warned of the doctrine of the Illuminati.

The Illuminati played a leading role in the French Revolution of 1789-94, using the “Jacobins Club,” as a front. This club had a membership of 1300, composed of some of the most influential men of France. They called for a New World Order and a “Universal Republic.”

Later, in the 1940s, the Illuminati formed fronts called the Communist League, and the Socialist movement. They also formed many other organisations and fronts throughout the world, in which the “father of international banking,” Mayer Amschel Rothschild became deeply involved.  A New World Order was their common goal.

From the 1980s on, more and more leaders have begun to use this term. Mikhail Gorbachev had a sweeping vision of a “new world order” for the 21st century. 

Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi returned from China where he met Chairman Deng Xiaoping, and told reporters, “One of the things that impressed me most was the vision of Deng Xiaoping for a new world order.”

After meeting Soviet President Gorbachev in 1990, President George H W Bush (Senior) said: “Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective – a NEW WORLD ORDER – can emerge; a new era, freer from the threat of terror, stronger in the pursuit of justice, and more secure in the quest for peace.”

At the start of the first Gulf War, in 1991, the same President Bush said: “We have before us the opportunity to forge for ourselves and for future generations a NEW WORLD ORDER - a world where the rule of law, not the law of the jungle, governs the conduct of nations. When we are successful – and we will be - we will have a real chance at this new world order, an order in which a credible United Nations can use its peacekeeping role to fulfil the promise envisioned by the UN’s founders.”

George H.W. Bush was a member of the Trilateral Commission which was founded in 1973 to work for the creation of a “New International Economic Order.”

“New World Order” and “New International Economic Order” are synonymous terms.

The TC has an elite worldwide membership of several hundred, including these Americans: David Rockefeller, Henry Kissinger, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Robert S. McNamara, Paul A. Volcker, and two of Obama’s top appointees, Timothy Geithner, and Susan Rice.

The Trilateral Commission is linked to other big organisations through interlocking directorates such as The Council on Foreign Relations which has headquarters in Manhattan, New York, and is a powerful “think tank” that influences national and international agendas. Like the TC, the CFR is not so secretive; they declare their membership and publish information on all types of issues.

Another global “think tank” is The Club of Rome which was founded in 1968 by the Italian industrialist, visionary and humanist, Aurelio Peccei.

One group that is very secretive is the Bilderberg Conference which was founded in 1954. It brings around 130 global power brokers together ever year, most of whom are persons of influence in the fields of politics, business and banking, to discuss world affairs in total privacy. No news reports of their discussions are ever released. 

All these organisations have global interests, and they would claim to be working for the survival of the human race. That sounds good, and it may be correct, but the obvious fact is that their world objectives happen to synchronise closely with the prophesied endtime regime of the coming Man of Sin – the Antichrist. But “everyone” now seems to be joining the new world bandwagon.

In 1991, Australian Prime Minister Bob Hawke began to echo the quest for a new world order.

In 2004, Pope John Paul called for a “new international order” to solve conflicts and to ensure peace.

Commission on Global Governance

In 2003, the United Nations tabled a 410-page final report of the Commission on Global Governance, dubbed “Our Global Neighbourhood.”  The 28-member “independent commission,” created by German Chancellor Willy Brandt, developed the following strategy: “To represent a shot-across-the-bow of George Bush’s New World Order, and make clear that now is the time to press for the subordination of national sovereignty to democratic trans-nationalism.”

In the present economic and financial desperation, many leaders around the globe are convinced, and are openly calling for the creation of a “New World Order.”

On Jan 5, 09, Dr Henry Kissinger was interviewed by CNBC on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. He responded to a question about President-elect Obama’s first actions as President:

“He can give new impetus to American foreign policy ... I think that his task will be to develop an overall strategy for America in this period, when really a ‘new world order’ can be created. It’s a great opportunity. It isn’t such a crisis.”  Oh, really?

Kissinger earlier praised Barack Obama’s appointees for economic recovery! Obama picked Trilateral Commission wonder boy, Timothy Geithner, to be Secretary of the Treasury. The rest of the team are protégés of Robert Rubin who was a Trilateralist and a former Treasury Secretary under Bill Clinton.

Barack Obama’s top foreign policy advisor has been Zbigniew Brzezinski, the co-founder of the Trilateral Commission with David Rockefeller.

Various European and other world leaders are also calling for a New World Order.  

On January 7, French President Nicolas Sarkozy said that “in the 21st century, there it is no longer a single nation who can (independently) say what we should do or what we should think.”

German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that the world “cannot continue as it is.” It needs new global mechanisms.

Both Tony Blair and the current British PM, Gordon Brown, have repeatedly called for a New World Order for many years, but their cries have now intensified.

Interestingly, when President-elect Obama delivered a speech in 2008 to hundreds of thousands in Germany, he stated, “Tonight, I speak to you not as a candidate for President, but as a citizen — a proud citizen of the United States, and a fellow citizen of the world.”

The media hailed Obama for his vision of America and the New World Order.

Indeed, the chorus for a New World Order is being heard around the world. A sampling of the global press:

WHAT IS THE NEW WORLD ORDER? 

What do they mean by a New World Order?  Is it simply a “new deal” – a better state of inter-national affairs?  Or is it, as Willy Brandt said, a subordination of all nations to some form of world government – or as they are calling it - “world governance”?

It has become increasingly clear that the “illuminated” seeds for the coming new world order, sown over the past 250 years, are now ready to produce a new global harvest of one world socialism.

Many world leaders are unanimous in declaring that three main things are necessary for its success.

1. A One-World Government

2. A One-World Monetary-Economic System

3. A One-World Religion

This is the solution for Planet Earth!  And the great majority of the One-World supporters see no sinister goals or dangers in this agenda. On the contrary they believe a NWO is highly desirable; they believe, sincerely, that this is the answer – the solution for a world in deep trouble.

We might be inclined to believe likewise, were it not for the Biblical prophecies that clearly foretell the endtime worldwide dictatorship of “the Beast” – the Antichrist who will enslave and destroy to an extraordinary degree.  It is a Satanic plan, which the apostle Paul describes as “the mystery of iniquity.”

Look at this very revealing and important prophecy:

“Now concerning the coming of our Master, Y’shua the Messiah, and our gathering together to (meet) Him, brethren, we ask you not to be quickly shaken or alarmed by some prophecy, or report, or a letter (alleged to be) from us, to the effect that the Day of the LORD (the Great Tribulation) has already come.

“Let no one deceive you in any way, for that Day (the Day of the LORD) will not come unless the apostasy, (the predicted falling away from the faith), comes first, and the Man of Lawlessness (that is, the Man of Sin) is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself above everything that is called God or that is worshipped, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming that he himself is God.  Do you not remember that while I was still with you, I was telling you these things?

“And you know what is restraining him now, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. For the mystery of iniquity and lawlessness is already at work; but He (the Holy Spirit) who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way.

And then the lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord will slay with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the glory of His coming; that is, the one whose coming is in accord with the activity of Satan, with great power and with all kinds of signs and counterfeit miracles, and with all the deception of wickedness among those who are perishing, because they would not receive the love of the truth which could have saved them.”            (2 Thessalonians 2:1-10)

To summarise this prophecy:

1    The evil plan of Satan has been working down through the centuries.

2    The Day of the LORD - the Great Tribulation will come on the whole world.

3    Before the Tribulation begins there will be an apostasy - a falling away from the truth, and the Man of Sin will be revealed.

4    The Man of Sin will be revealed only after the Restrainer (the Holy Spirit) is taken out of the way.

(The Body of believers which is “the Body of Christ” - will also be taken away - as the Holy Spirit permanently indwells the Body. He cannot leave them. So the Holy Spirit escorts the Body to meet the Master in the clouds, and then takes them to the Heavenly City.  This is the Rapture.)

5    The lawless one (Antichrist) will then engage in all sorts of satanic activity to totally deceive the people who did not receive the truth, and were left behind. His deception is so that his evil agenda can be fulfilled.

6    The evil one himself will be destroyed by the Heavenly Master, Y’shua, when He returns in power and glory at the end of the seven year Tribulation.

GOOD NEWS AND BAD NEWS

This prophecy contains terrible news for the world outside of God’s covenant of salvation. But there is good news for the Body of Believers in Christ.

“The mystery of iniquity” is the evil plan of Satan to establish his control over mankind.  Already he has done that to a very great degree - throughout the centuries, and throughout the nations worldwide today. His plan in the endtimes is a final attempt to destroy man’s faith in the Almighty God, the Eternal One.

Satan’s plan is to inspire and empower his deceived followers to establish a one-world regime to which every person on earth will be required, on pain of death, to give allegiance. That allegiance, however, will involve the worship of Satan and the Man of Sin who will reign over the earth.

The worldwide reign of Antichrist stretches over 3½ years - the second half of the Tribulation. And it will be the most horrendous, evil period of human history.

“For then there will be great tribulation, such as has never occurred since the beginning of the world until now; and there will be nothing like it again.”  (Matthew 24:21)

 

That’s the horrific news. Now for ...

THE GOOD NEWS … FOR BELIEVERS   

The good news is for those who belong to Y’shua the Messiah – Jesus Christ. And those who belong to Him, are those who have deliberately responded to His invitation:

“Come unto me, and I will give you eternal life.”

“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

“I tell you the truth, he who hears My Word, and believes in Him who sent Me, has eternal life and will not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.” (John 5:24)

The good news for true believers is that the Messiah is coming to deliver them from this evil world, and to keep them from the hour of trial and wrath – the seven years of Great Tribulation.

The Scriptures assures believers:

“But since we are of the day, let us be sober and self-controlled, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet, the hope of salvation. For God has not destined us to suffer His wrath, but to receive salvation through our Master, Y’shua the Messiah, who died for us, so that whether we are awake or asleep, we will live together with Him. Therefore encourage one another and build up one another, just as in fact you are doing.” (1 Thessalonians 5:8-11)

The Saviour Himself says to His people:

“Because you have kept the word of My patient endurance, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which is about to come upon the whole world, to try those who live on the earth. I am coming quickly - soon!” (Revelation 3:10-11)

(Please note this word of the Master is not saying, “If you endure you will be kept from the hour.” It is the Messiah who has endured; it is He who went all the way to Calvary to accomplish the plan of God and our salvation. 

And it is we believers who keep the word of His endurance – upholding the truth of His sacrifice and redemptive work at Calvary. All saved people believe in the Saviour’s work at Calvary, and they are covered by the promise to be kept from the hour of trial.

And this is not a question of the Body of Christ being kept in the trial. They will be kept from it – by His coming at the Rapture. For He says, I AM COMING QUICKLY.)

The Master also gives assurance to His people in these alarming times when the New Satanic World Order appears very imminent:

“Let not your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s House are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you, for I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, so that you also may be where I am.” (John 14:1-3)

This is the Rapture – the “catching up” that the Master is promising.

THE RAPTURE AND REVEALING

Now we need to recognise there is a distinction between the Rapture of the Church, and the Revealing of the Master as King of Kings.

The Rapture is to deliver His Body from the world that is to undergo the Great Tribulation.

“For the Master Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. Then the dead in Christ - those who died with faith in the Messiah - shall rise first. Then we, the living believers who remain, will simultaneously be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Master in the air. And so we will be with the Master for ever.”                                                                                                  (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)

“For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live sensible (self-controlled), upright and godly lives in this present age, awaiting and looking for the blessed hope - the glorious appearing of our great God and Saviour, Y’shua the Messiah; who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all lawlessness (all wickedness), and purify for Himself a people who are uniquely His own; people zealous to do good works.”  (Titus 2:11-14)

The Revealing of the King of Glory takes place when He comes to destroy the Antichrist, to cast Satan into the bottomless pit, and then to establish the Kingdom of God worldwide.

“Let the rivers clap their hands. Let the mountains sing together for joy, before YHWH, for He is coming to judge the earth. He judges the world in righteousness, and the peoples with equity.” (Psalm 98:8-9)

“And then there was One like the Son of Man, coming in the clouds of heaven. He came up to the Ancient of Days and was presented before Him.  Then He was given authority, glory and a kingdom, that all the peoples, nations, and men of every language should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and His kingdom is one that will never be destroyed.” (Daniel 7:13-14)

(The revealing as Judge and King has been prophesied in many scriptures, including Isaiah 40:10; Zechariah 14:3-5; Jude 14-15; Revelation 1:7, 19:11-16.)

So my dear reader, if you belong to the Messiah (Christ), you can eagerly look for the Blessed Hope – the coming of your Saviour to take you to the Father’s House. 

And there’s encouragement also for us today from the early church leader, James, who, after prophesying about the endtime financial meltdown (see 5:1-6), says:

“Be patient, therefore, brethren, until the coming of the Master. See how the farmer waits expectantly for the precious ‘fruit of the earth,’ waiting patiently until the land receives the early and late rains. You too be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Master is near.” (James 5:7-8)

These are very important and comforting words for those “in Christ” today!

BUT IF YOU ARE NOT YET SAVED ...

For those who have not taken refuge in Y’shua (Jesus), “the Rock of Ages,” the Scriptures do not give good news. There is only a terrifying expectation of seven years of trial and the wrath of God.

Oh dear lost soul! If you should survive the nuclear holocaust that has been predicted by the prophets, you will be destined to live under the satanic dictator-ship of Antichrist’s New World Order.

My dear reader, if your name is not in God’s Book of Life, you are in a most dangerous position. I plead with you; flee from the wrath that’s coming! Flee to the Rock of Ages. Get the penalty of sin lifted from off your neck!

“I preached Good News to you ... that the Messiah died for our sins, according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.” (1 Corinthians 15:2-4)

“Of Him (Y’shua) all the prophets bear witness that through His Name, every one who believes in Him has received forgiveness of sins.” (Acts 10:43)

Oh unsaved soul! Call upon the Name of Y’shua the Messiah while you can! Right now is a very good time to get saved! As the Bible says:

“Now is ‘the well-accepted time’; now is ‘The Day of Salvation’.” (2 Corinthians 6:2)

“Seek YHWH the LORD while He may be found. Call upon Him while He is near.” (Isaiah 55:6)

“WHOEVER WILL CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED.” (Romans 10:13)

Now let’s look at how the New World Order is progressing.

 

        THE ONE-WORLD GOVERNMENT IS COMING

The Book of Revelation describes the worldwide reign of the satanic-empowered dictator, who is described as the Beast, and is also called the Man of Sin, and The Antichrist. These verses summarize his regime, which can be called Satan’s New World Order.

“The beast which I saw was like a leopard, and his feet were like those of a bear, and his mouth was like the mouth of a lion. And the dragon (Satan) gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority ...

And the whole earth was amazed and followed after the beast; and they worshipped the dragon because he gave his authority to the beast … authority to act for 42 months was given to him  ... authority over every tribe, people, tongue and nation.” (Revelation 13:2-7)

Some years ago I remember reading a statement of the powerful Chase Manhattan Bank chairman, David Rockefeller. He said: “We are just one major crisis away from a New World Order.”

Well, there have been a number of crises since he made that statement, but today, as Robert Pastor (below) says, “We now have the mother of all crises.”

A CRISIS MADE TO ORDER?

Dr. Robert A. Pastor, the principal visionary of the North American Union, stated in 2007:

“What I’m saying is that a crisis is an event which can force democratic governments to make difficult decisions like those that will be required to create a North American Community,” he said.

“It’s not that I want another 9/11 crisis, but having a crisis would force decisions that otherwise might not get made.”

“So, now we have the mother of all crises, and on a global scale at that: financial, political, and religious.

The call for a NWO is spurred on by the global financial crisis, the so-called man-made global warming crisis, the global war on terror, by population growth, and by many other crises.

In the aftermath of the global economic crisis, the most dominant voice within the leadership of the Revived Roman Empire of Bible prophecy has been that of French president, Nicolas Sarkozy.

Arguably the most influential leader presently heading a major power in the bloc, Sarkozy has been aggressive in his efforts to create global institutions that will, beyond the shadow of a doubt, bring us closer to the creation of the prophesied new world order that the Antichrist will some day head.

Not only is Sarkozy, a new world order trail blazer, getting a lot of notice of late, he is a prominent leader in seeking to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

According to Monsters and Critics, Sarkozy had been impatient since November, waiting for Barack Obama to take office so “the two of them could ‘change the world’.”

Already, Barack Obama is changing things dramatically in the United States. Given his willingness to do most anything to restore America’s posture in the world, even if doing so means having tea with Iranian madman Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, it isn’t hard for me to buy the notion that Nicolas Sarkozy will find, in President Barack H. Obama, just the kind of guy willing to join him in changing the world.

OUT OF CHAOS, A NEW WORLD ORDER

March 9/09. Henry Kissinger wrote a very important article in the International Herald Tribune, Jan. 12. I believe it was meant as a signal – marching orders, if you will, for a disparate band of elitists determined to bring about a new form of global rule that will supersede our notions of national sovereignty, limited government and personal freedom.

I would also offer it up as exhibit A in making the case that our current financial crisis is almost entirely manufactured by forces trying to bring about the long-hailed “new world order.”

Here is how that plan is going to work: America, the most prosperous and freest nation on earth, will be brought to its knees in an economic levelling process that will purposely make it reliant on other nations of the world – so much so that America will, in the hopes of people like Kissinger and David Rockefeller, eagerly accept and submit to world government. 

Kissinger said: “The alternative to a new international order is chaos.”  In other words, that’s the choice – chaos or submission to rule by an unaccountable global elite.

Kissinger goes on to predict what will happen – (and it is happening already): There would be “rescue packages” designed by domestic governments relying on seemingly unlimited credit – the mirage that created the crisis in the first place.

And here’s where Barack Obama fits into the plan:

“Not since the inauguration of President John F. Kennedy half a century ago has a new administration come into office with such a reservoir of expectations.

It is unprecedented that all the principal actors on the world stage are avowing their desire to undertake the transformations imposed on them by the world crisis in collaboration with the United States.

The extraordinary impact of the president-elect on the imagination of humanity is an important element in shaping a new world order. But it defines an opportunity, not a policy.”

Kissinger hints that even the fear-inducing terror of the global jihad may be part of the orchestrated plot by the masters of the universe.

“The ultimate challenge is to shape the common concern of most countries and all major ones regarding the economic crisis, together with a common fear of jihadist terrorism, into a common strategy reinforced by the realization that the new issues like proliferation, energy and climate change permit no national or regional solution,” he writes.

What Kissinger and his friends in the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission and Bilderberg Group want to see and construct is a “permanent” form of global governance. They seek to serve as the architects of a new empire.

GLOBAL TELEVISION  

FOR OUR FUTURE GLOBAL LEADER

A commentator writes: Feb 9/09. Surprise and even shock were among the reactions to my recent column about how elite members of the World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting in Davos, Switzerland, were considering a proposal for a new global television network to usher in a state of “global governance.” It sounded authoritarian, even totalitarian, to some.

The media proposal, which was included in “The Global Agenda 2009” report, is to create “a new global network” with “the capacity to connect the world, bridging cultures and peoples, and telling us who we are and what we mean to each other.” Several prominent U.S. media figures signed on to the alarming and controversial proposal.

This outlandish and frightening proposal doesn’t come from a fringe organization. The WEF is an exclusive club of very rich and powerful people from around the world. It describes itself as “an independent inter-national organization committed to improving the state of the world by engaging leaders in partnerships to shape global, regional and industry agendas.” The media proposal was developed by one of several “Global Agenda Councils” under the auspices of the WEF.

THE ONE-WORLD ECONOMIC ORDER IS COMING

 

One sinister aspect of the coming global financial system is the requirement and mechanism to number and control the world’s populations. The prophecy is stark and alarming:

The current global financial crisis is being used to call for the completion of the electronic system that has been building up for many decades, and that will fulfil the prophecy.

FOREIGN ECONOMISTS URGE “GLOBAL PLAN”

Oct 1/08.  Leaders and economists from Western Europe to East Asia have urged the US to go beyond reviving a failed domestic bailout and start working on a new global financial system.

Associated Press Traders at MICEX, the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange, watch and wait during a tense session in Moscow when stock indexes sank despite a two-hour trading halt.

“The Americans don’t have a choice — they must absolutely have a global plan,” Christian Noyer, head of the French central bank, said in Paris.

David Smick, a global strategist and author of “The World Is Curved: Hidden Dangers of the Global Economy,” said the next US president should immediately call for a second “Bretton Woods” conference to devise a new doctrine of international finance.

TIME MAGAZINE PREDICTS “NEW WORLD ORDER” WITH INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY

TIME magazine commented recently: In recent weeks, the world has been politely standing by and watching how things play out with the fiscal stimulus and latest bank-bailout plans in Washington. Yes, there’s been some grumbling overseas about “buy American” provisions in the stimulus bill, but for the most part, officials elsewhere don’t want to step on the toes of a new President to whom they are favourably disposed. They also don’t want to endanger legislation that they hope will help jump-start the global economy.

Just wait a couple of months, though. Politicians from Beijing to Berlin to Brasília see the current crisis as the product of a messed-up global financial infrastructure dominated by the U.S., and they will soon be pushing for big changes - whether Americans like them or not.

All this will begin to gel on April 2, when the newish international organization known as the G-20 - the leaders of 19 of the world’s biggest national economies, plus the European Union - meets in London. An unofficial meeting has already taken place, at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, where G-20 officials (with the conspicuous exception of those from the U.S.) made speeches, conversed in the halls and gave a sense of the direction in which the world outside the U.S. wants to head.

GORDON BROWN:  

ECONOMIC CRISIS, THE  BIRTH-PANGS OF A NEW GLOBAL ORDER

Jan 26/09. The economic crisis should be treated as “the difficult birth-pangs of a new global order,” Prime Minister Gordon Brown said.

In a speech he promised to fight to prevent the UK and other countries retreating into protectionism. Mr Brown called for “new rules” for international trade, warning against “pessimism” and “muddling through.”

March 3/09.  During talks with US President Barack Obama, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown said a global “new deal” on cleaning up the reeling banking sector was possible within months.

“Look, there is the possibility in the next few months of a global new deal that will involve all the countries of the world in sorting out and cleaning up the banking system,” Brown told reporters.

Jan 28/09. A call to utilize the current global economic crisis as a panic in which governments worldwide can move to nationalize banks is emerging from the 2009 World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

The forum’s founder, Klaus Schwab, told CNN the current global economic slowdown is a “trans-formational crisis” that should be utilized to shape a “new world.”

“Above all else this is a crisis of confidence,” Schwab said. “To restore confidence you have to establish signposts that the world after the crisis will be different. G20 TO DRAFT NEW WORLD ECONOMY RULES BY APRIL SUMMIT

Feb 9/09. Measures to adapt the world economy to new challenges amid the global financial crisis could be prepared before the G20 summit in April, Russian Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said.

The summit of the G20 Group of industrial nations and leading emerging-market economies will be held on April 2 in London to discuss specific measures aimed at resolving the ongoing global financial crisis.

GERMANY SUGGESTS CREATION OF UN ECONOMIC COUNCIL

Jan 31/09. Calling for a shake-up of the global financial order, Germany’s chancellor suggested at the World Economic Forum in Davos that a UN Economic Council may be needed to tackle global economic problems.

Pointing out that cooperation among international financial institutions has failed to protect the world against the worst financial crisis in decades, German Chancellor Angela Merkel called for the forging of a new charter.

“This may even lead to a UN Economic Council, just as the Security Council was created after World War II,” she told the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting in Switzerland.

   KAZAKHSTAN PRESIDENT:

“WORLD NEEDS SINGLE CURRENCY”

March 10/09. Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has called for the creation of a single world currency called the “acmetal” as a means of combating the worsening global financial crisis.

“In our view, we must create a single world currency under the aegis of the United Nations,” Nazarbayev said a day before a major economic conference opens in his Central Asian country. We must make a transition to an absolutely new global currency system based on legitimacy and, in view of all countries, one single monetary system,” he told a meeting of the Eurasian Association of Universities.

This is the first time Nazarbayev has spoken publicly about the need for a single world currency although he has previously written about it. He first called for the creation of a worldwide currency, to be called “acmetal” (a combination of “acme,” a Greek word meaning the peak or the best, and “capital”)  in an article published last month.

Kazakhstan, an energy-rich Central Asian state, has enjoyed growth rates of up to 10 per cent over the last years but it has been hit, like its ex-Soviet neighbours, by the credit crunch as well as the dramatic fall in oil prices. - www.sbs.com.au

RUSSIA PROPOSES

“GLOBALIZATION CONTROL SYSTEM”

Mar 18/09. A story in the Moscow Times said that at the April 2nd meeting of world leaders in London (the G20), the Kremlin is reportedly set to propose a new global common currency system that will replace the U.S. dollar as the international currency of choice.

A couple of days earlier, a Kremlin website proposed the creation of a globalization control system, including a radical reformation of the International Monetary Fund and redistribution of votes and quotas in favour of markets-in-the-making and developing countries.

Russia opts for international market payments in several currencies, which, it feels, will boost the financial system stability.

 THE ONE-WORLD RELIGION IS COMING

The ecumenical (religious unity) movement has been working diligently for many decades to establish a united global religious entity.

A multitude of organisations, big and small, have been formed, and many multi-cultural forums held to work towards what is a considered an essential and desirable

goal. “Why should we fight in the Name of God,” is one of their slogans. “Tolerance, mutual respect, peace, and unity” are key ecumenical words.

Whereas the World Council of Churches is an amalgam of non-Catholic churches, the WCC itself is increasingly affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church, as well as various multi-religious, organisations, including the WORLD PARLIAMENT OF RELIGIONS, and the UNITED RELIGIONS.

The Bible, however, paints a picture of united religion as a blasphemous, immoral, abominable, “mother of harlots.” She is called “Mystery Babylon,” and is pictured riding upon a beast with the seven heads that represent the seven historical Biblical empires  supporting Babylonianism since the time of the Tower of Babel. The seventh head is the confederation of the ultimate Beast – the Antichrist.

In the Biblical picture, Mystery Babylon and the Beast are seen riding together in power in the endtimes. The Beast uses his partner to consolidate his global supremacy, and then he destroys the religious amalgam.

The prophecy is in the Book of Revelation, chapter 17:1-7, 15-18:

“Come, I shall show you the judgment of the great harlot who is sitting upon many waters, with whom the kings of the earth committed fornication; indeed those living who dwell on the earth were made drunk with the wine of her immorality. Then he carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness. There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was full of blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns.

“And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and glittered with gold, precious stones and pearls; and in her hand she had a golden cup full of abominable, repulsive things and the filth of her immorality; and on her forehead there was inscribed a name with a mysterious meaning,

BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

“I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of the set-apart people of God, and with the blood of the witnesses of Y’shua - those who had died as martyrs because of their testimony to Y’shua. And when I saw her, I was utterly astounded and wondered deeply. And the messenger said to me;

“‘Why do you wonder? I will tell you the meaning of the mystery of the woman … The waters which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations and languages. The ten horns which you saw, along with the beast, will hate the harlot. They will bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and will burn her up with fire, for God has put it into their hearts to execute His purpose by having a common purpose, and by surrendering their sovereignty to the beast, until the words of God are fulfilled. The woman you saw is that great city which reigns over the kings of the earth’.”  

The ecumenical movement has been going on for six decades since the World Council of Churches was formed (1948). Here are some of the more recent developments:

POPE AND WCC CALL FOR UNITY

JAN 25, 08. Pope Benedict XVI and the general secretary of the World Council of Churches, Samuel Kobia, met at the Ecumenical Centre in Geneva, on 20 Jan 2008, to pray for Christian unity.

At the centennial of the “Week of Prayer for Christian Unity” which began on January 25 in Rome, the head of the WCC - the Ecumenical Body which links most non-Catholic Christian faiths, called for full communion and unity among all denominations by the middle of this century.

RELIGIOUS LEADERS GATHER IN ASPEN, COLORADO, USA

Nov 9/08. About 150 spiritual leaders from around the world have descended upon Aspen, working together over four days to form a collective voice of peace in an effort to bring healing to the nation, which is facing unprecedented challenges.

Included among the group are Father Thomas Keating, senior monastic, St. Benedict’s Monastery in Old Snowmass; Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, founder of the Jewish Renewal Movement; Ven. Bhikkhu Bodhi, chairman of the American Buddhist Association; Rev. Joan Brown Campbell, former general secretary of the National Council of Churches; Swami Atmarupananda, senior monastic of the Ramakrishna Mission; Imam Mohamed Bashar Arafat, founder and president of Civilizations Exchange & Cooperation Foundation, and Brother Achalananda, senior monastic of the Self-Realization Fellowship, among many others.

“It’s so great to have these spiritual leaders of all faiths in Aspen and at the Institute, which was founded on mind, body and spirit,” said Rev. Dr. Gregg Anderson, chaplain of the Aspen Chapel.

Organizers said that the religious voice of the Fundamental Christian Right has dominated the country for several years and it represents a minority of Americans.

That’s why the initiative conducted an extensive search to find respected leaders from the Hindu, Buddhist, Sufi, contemplative Christian, Jewish and Muslim faiths — who aren’t advocating for the superiority of one faith, themselves or their churches.

Rather, the intention is to draw upon a collective wisdom to reflect on how to address the most pressing issues facing the nation — the economic crisis, increasing poverty, environmental degradation and climate change, and the fear that has permeated the nation since the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.  http://www.aspentimes.com

    INTERFAITH MEETING IN SPAIN      KING ABDULLAH

KING ABDULLAH CALLS FOR UNITY AMONG RELIGIONS

 

July. 16/08. King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia exhorted followers of the world’s leading faiths to turn away from extremism and embrace a spirit of reconciliation, saying at the start of an interfaith conference in Spain that history’s great conflicts were not caused by religion itself but by its misinterpretation.

“My brothers, we must tell the world that differences don’t need to lead to disputes,” Abdullah said. “The tragedies we have experienced throughout history were not the fault of religion but because of the extremism that has been adopted by some followers of all the religions, and of all political systems.”

Abdullah’s comments came at the start of the World Conference on Dialogue, which was organized by the Islamic World League under an initiative of  Abdullah. The meeting aimed to bring Muslims, Christians and Jews (and others) closer together, and to achieve concrete results in settling inter-religious disputes and violence.

Around 300 participants, including Muslim, Buddhist, Christian, Jewish and other religious leaders as well as politicians and experts, attended the three-day gathering.

Spanish King, Juan Carlos, also addressed the gathering at a ceremonial palace on the outskirts of Madrid, saying he hoped the conference would be successful. “We have always been interested in strengthening peace, dialogue and cooperation on the international stage,” he said.

The Saudis have billed the gathering — which also included Buddhist and Hindu participants, as well as practitioners of several Eastern religions — as a strictly religious affair. There’s to be no mention of hot-button issues such as the war in Iraq, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Iranian nuclear ambitions or rising oil prices.

Abdullah has made reaching out to other faiths a hallmark of his rule since taking over the oil-rich kingdom following the death of his half brother in 2005. He met with Pope Benedict XVI late last year, the first meeting ever between a pope and a reigning Saudi king.

CALL FOR UNITED NATIONS OF RELIGIONS

A 2-day conference in Kazakhstan, in Oct 2002, witnessed leaders of 18 religions agreeing to meet regularly under the banner, “Congress of World Traditional Religions.”

The congress was chaired by President Nursultan Nazarbayev, who initiated the idea of holding the meeting in Kazahkstan’s new capital city, Astana.

Speeches touched on how to address differences between religions, the issue of terrorism, and the need for more dialogue. One delegate expressed the hope that the group would become a “United Nations of Religions.”

The secretary-general of the Muslim World League, Sheikh Abdullah Al-Turki, from Saudi Arabia, said the Koran prohibits any acts of violence. He told the delegates, “Islam is against all killing that is without a just cause. We cannot accept those who say that Islam is a religion that kills or harms others.” He said Muslims should oppose those who use religion for political purposes.

The senior Jewish representative at the conference, Jonah Metzger, the chief rabbi of Israel, spoke of the need for greater understanding between faiths, directing his remarks to the delegations from Saudi Arabia, Iran, Pakistan and Egypt who were sitting just a short distance away. Metzger invited all of those present to come to Jerusalem, which he called by its Palestinian name of “Al-Quds.” 

During the conference there were private meetings between delegates from the Catholic and Russian Orthodox churches, which have spiritual differences going back centuries.

Hindus from India also had a chance to talk with their historical Muslim adversaries from Pakistan. Representatives of other faiths at the congress included Taoists and Buddhists from China, and a Shinto delegation from Japan.

TONY BLAIR’S MISSION TO UNITE ALL RELIGIONS  

Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair launched the Tony Blair Faith Foundation at the Time-Warner

headquarters in New York in June 2008.

He said the Foundation has three goals: to promote faith as a force of good, to improve knowledge between religions, and to tackle poverty and war.

“In an era of globalization, there is nothing more important than getting people of different faiths and cultures to understand each other better and to live in peace and mutual respect; and to give faith itself its proper place in the future,” Blair said ahead of the launch. As there is more “interdependence” in the world, people need to co-exist and work together to solve problems.

Mr Blair’s foundation will attempt to bring religions together to tackle major global issues such as the UN’s eight Millennium Development Goals, which range from eradicating extreme poverty to ensuring environmental sustainability. Tony Blair wants to mobilize churches to help tackle global poverty. The group’s advisory council includes evangelical mega-pastor Rick Warren!!

THE MARK OF THE BEAST 

PROPHECY

“He (the False Prophet) was given power to give breath to the image of the Beast (Antichrist), so that it could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image of the Beast to be killed.

“He compels all, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands, or on their foreheads, so that no one should be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name.

“Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a certain man; and his number is 666.”   (Revelation 13:15-18)

   THE MICROCHIP and the MARK OF THE BEAST 

This article by Carl Sanders was printed in our Prophetic Alert in Dec 1993, but it has very relevant information for us today.

Dr Carl W. Sanders was an electronics engineer, inventor, author and consultant to various government organisations as well as IBM, General Electric, Honeywell and Teledyne. He was also a winner of the President’s and Governor’s Award for Design Excellence. Dr Sanders wrote of the coming “mark” :

32 years of my life was spent in design engineering and electronics, designing microchips in the Bio-Med field. In 1968 I became involved, almost by accident, in a research and development project in regard to a spinal by-pass for a young lady who had severed her spine. They were looking at possibly being able to connect motor nerves, etc.

It was a project we were all excited about. There were 100 people involved and I was the senior engineer in charge of the project. This project culminated in the microchip that we talk about now — a microchip that I believe is going to be the positive identification and “the Mark of the Beast.”

This microchip is recharged by body temperature changes. Obviously you can’t go in and have your battery changed every so often, so the microchip has a recharging circuit that charges based upon body temperature changes.

Over one and a half million dollars was spent finding out that the two places in the body where the temperature changes the most rapidly are in the forehead (primary position), right below the hairline, and the back of the hand (alternative position).

Working on the microchip, we had no idea about it ever being an identification chip. We looked at it as being a very humanitarian thing to do. We were all excited about what we were doing.

We were doing high-level integration for the very first time. This team was made up of people out of San Jose, people out of Motorola, General Electric, Boston Medical Center - it was quite a group of people. My responsibility had to do with the design of the chip itself, not the medical side of it. As the chip began to evolve, there came a time in the project when they said that the financial return on by-passing severed spines is not a very lucrative thing for us to be into, so we really need to look at some other areas. We noticed that the frequency of the chip had a great effect upon behaviour and so we began to branch off and look possibly at behaviour modification.

The project almost turned into electronic acupuncture because what they ended up with was embedding a microchip to put out a signal which affected certain areas. They were able to deter­mine that you could cause a behaviour change.

One of the projects was called the Phoenix Project which had to do with Vietnam veterans. We had a chip called the Rambo Chip. This chip would actually cause extra adrenaline flow.

I wonder how many of you know that if you can stop the output of the pituitary gland (the signal from the pituitary gland that causes oestrogen flow), you can put a person into instant meno­pause and there is no conception. This was tested in India and other different parts of the world. So here you have got a birth control tool, based on a microchip.

Microchips can also be used for migraine headaches, behaviour modifications, as upper/downer, sexual stimulant and sexual depressant. This is nothing more than electronic acupuncture.

There are 250,000 components in the microchip, including a tiny lithium battery. I fought them over using lithium as a battery source, but NASA was doing a lot with lithium at that time and it was the going thing. I had talked to a doctor at Boston Medical Center about what that concentration of lithium in the body could do if the chip broke down. He said that you would get a boil or grievous sore.

“The first angel went and poured out his bowl upon the earth, and loathsome and malignant sores broke out on the people who had the mark of the beast and who worshipped his image.” (Revelation 16:2)

As the development moved along, I left the project and came back as a consultant several times. I was used in many meetings as expert witness in regard to the uses of the microchip.

I was in one meeting where it was discussed, “How can you control a people if you cannot identify them?” People like Henry Kissinger and CIA folk attended these meetings.

It was also discussed, how do you make people aware of the need for something like this chip?” All of a sudden the idea came: “Let’s make them aware of lost children, etc.”

This was discussed in the meetings almost like people were cattle. The CIA came up with the idea of putting pictures of lost children on milk cartons. Since the chip is now accepted, you don’t see the pictures any more, do you? It’s served its purpose.

As we developed this microchip, as the identification chip became the focal point, there were several things that were wanted. They wanted a name and an image (picture of your face), a Social Security number with the international digits on it, finger print identification, physical description, family history, address, occupation, income tax information and criminal record.

I’ve been in seventeen “One World” meetings where this has been discussed; meetings in Brussels, Luxembourg, tying together the finances of the world.

Just recently in the newspapers they’ve talked about the Health Care Program, the “Womb to Tomb” identification! A positive identification! There are bills before Congress right now that will allow them to inject a microchip in your child at the time of birth for identification purposes.

The President of the United States of America, under The “Emigration of Control Act of 1986,” Section 100, has the authority to deem whatever type of identification is necessary - whether it be an invisible tattoo or electronic media under the skin. IMPLANTABLE CHIPS NOW IN USE

Microchip implants are now being used to monitor children, convicts, pets, Alzheimer’s patients, and others. A few otherwise ordi­nary people have also taken the step of receiving computer chip implants as pioneers of what they expect will one day be the worldwide norm.

 

 

THE VERICHIP is a microchip the size of a grain of rice that will hold all the I.D. data of a person. It is injected under a person’s skin with a needle.

The U.N. has already attempted to insert these microchips in refugees in African refugee camps.

Some people are allergic to the Verichip. It can cause a terrible sore.

THE MONDEX I.D. MICROCHIP

This is another chip, developed by Mastercard, and is designed to take the place of a credit or debit card. Like the Verichip it is set up to replace currency notes and credit and debit cards for transacting business. The Mondex chip is also inserted under the skin by a needle. RFID -  Radio Frequency Identification Devices

RFIDs are finding their way into and onto humans in many ways. 

Chipping of people began in the US in May 2002, when several volunteers had 12-by-2.1 mm radio frequency identification (RFID) “VeriChips” inserted under the skin of their arms.

GPS  -  GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM

There are several ways government and commercial entities are looking to profit through impressive ID and Global Positioning System (GPS) technologies.

The Onstar GPS system is now widely used in cars for direction finders and for unlocking locked cars by remote control.

Programs are now being implemented putting GPS I.D. bracelets and watches on children to locate them if they are lost or kidnapped. This is called the RFID, Radio Frequency Identification.

Most cell phone companies are now offering a GPS service so parents can track their kids and know exactly where they are. Some parents are even considering chipping their children in the neck to track them.

     In most states in the U.S.A., animals must have a computer chip implanted in their ear so they can be positively identified for buying and selling.

It is only one step to inserting the Verichip in children. We are being conditioned to accept this.

People are now being conditioned to take the chip in the name of security, accounting, efficiency and prosperity. Welfare recipients will be required to take the chip for positive identification to prevent welfare fraud.

The objective of this technology is to bring an ID system to a global level that will eliminate the need to carry ID documents and credit cards. The goal is to market the VeriChip as a global implantable identification system.

Chip implants are called “the wave of the future,” and are touted as a great advance over credit cards and smart cards, which, without safe-guard technologies, are subject to theft resulting in identity fraud.

Recently, in Bar­celona, Spain, customers began paying for drinks with the wave of their hand, having each received a microchip implant for ID and payment purposes.

An electronic reader verifies their identity and links it to their current credit balance. They can then buy food and drinks with a wave of their hand and don’t need to worry about losing a credit card or wallet.

The chips being used in Spain are a frac­tion of the size of the original VeriChip - small enough to be syringe-injected - and they are being implanted, not in the arm, but in the hand.

In Mexico, top federal prosecutors and investigators began receiving microchip implants in their arms in 2003.

The Book of Revelation indicates that the regime of the coming world dictator - the Antichrist ...

U.K. TO BEGIN MICROCHIPPING PRISONERS

June 21/08. The British government is developing a plan to track current and former prisoners by means of microchips implanted under the skin, drawing intense criticism from probation officers and civil rights groups.

As a way to reduce prison crowding, many British prisoners are currently being released under electronic monitoring, carried out by means of an ankle bracelet that transmits signals like those used by mobile phones.

Now the Ministry of Justice is exploring the possibility of injecting prisoners in the back of the arm with a radio frequency identification (RFID) chip that contains information about their name, address and criminal record. Such chips, which contain a built-in antenna, can be scanned by special readers. BABIES - FIRST ANKLE BRACELETS,

THEN IMPLANTED RFIDs

Verichip Corp successfully marketed a “Hugs” Infant Protection System to hospitals in 2005. Since then, infants at many major hospitals receive ankle bracelets something like what many people on probation are currently required to use.

The ankle bracelets were marketed as a remedy for hospital infant abduction. When a child is removed from the infant care area of the hospital, an alarm sounds. About 230 infants are abducted every year from US hospitals. The Hugs system saved one child in 2005. This may be a good idea, but it lays the groundwork for later RFID tagging of children and elderly for “safety reasons.”

Some unverified Internet sources report that US and European governments have plans to implant RFIDs in every newborn instead of using ankle bracelets.

ALZHEIMER’S PATIENTS RECEIVE RFIDs

In 2007, about 200 Alzheimer’s patients were implanted with non-GPS RFIDs in a market test done by Veri-chip. The devices held medical information that could be scanned with a special reader. Many more Alzheimer’s patients and people suffering with dementia have been implanted since the 2007 pilot program.

Aug. 5/07.  A patient’s medical history is one of the most important tools a doctor can have. Now more than 300 Americans have chosen a new way to make their information available in a heartbeat – the Verichip - a small electronic chip, the size of a piece of rice, that is injected into the upper arm.

Hospital personnel can run a scanner over the embedded Verichip and by using an ID number in the chip, they can see your medical history instantly. They can also see what medications you are taking, dosages, allergies, blood type, the name of your doctor, and any medical procedures you’ve undergone.

Often patients with the greatest needs are unconscious or have altered mental status, or are unable to communicate because they’re in too much pain or anxiety. So the chip would be a great advantage!!!

“Under REAL ID biometric facial recognition technology, you become a number literally worn on your face - a number which is read by computer, tracked by surveillance camera, and distributed worldwide.”

Rep. Sam E. Rohrer, of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives (U.S.) says: “REAL ID undoubtedly exemplifies a scenario in which a difficult tension exists between freedom and security. By commandeering every state’s driver’s license issuing process, REAL ID threatens both freedom and security. It has become the biometric enrolment phase of a plan to implement a terribly invasive tracking system, largely without public knowledge or approval.

“REAL ID is merely the current face of a far larger, international government and private economic effort to collect, store, and distribute the sensitive biometric data of citizens to use for the twin purposes of government tracking and economic control.

“At issue are much more than standardized or non-duplicative driver’s licenses. This effort extends worldwide, threatening every person alive today.

“Importantly, the desire by government and economic interests to implement a national tracking and ID system did not start with the REAL ID Act in 2005. Under the guise of security, it has been attempted numerous times in the past, even during Ronald Reagan’s administration.

When former Attorney General William French Smith proposed to implement what he called a “perfectly harmless” national ID system as well as when a second cabinet member proposed to “tattoo a number on each American’s forearm,” Ronald Reagan responded, “My God, that’s the mark of the beast,” signalling an abrupt end to the national ID debate during the Reagan years.

Having this background, we should observe that many Americans still do not know why the provisions of the REAL ID Act must be rejected and aggressively opposed because they do not understand the full implications of REAL ID. Many wrongly assume that the legitimate need for security trumps all other considerations.

However, REAL ID is not primarily about a secure driver’s license or terrorism prevention. The full and dangerous implications of REAL ID may be fleshed out through a discussion of why each American must vigorously oppose this Act’s most basic tenets. It poses dangers in the following three areas:

1 - REAL ID violates Constitutional rights.

2 - REAL ID compromises national and state sovereignty.

3 - REAL ID threatens the safety of all Americans.

In this wonderful age of I T - (Information Technology), a whole new scope of surveillance has come into being. Not only are you able to log on to the internet, and get information on any subject you can think of, but “Big Brother” (the powers that be) can check your movements, the items you buy by credit card, the people you talk to, and a heap of information about your life and history.

This is, no doubt, a run up to the regime of the Antichrist who will possess a type of “electronic omniscience” so that he will know virtually everything about everyone.

Here are a few items of what is happening today.

BIG BROTHER WANTS TO BROUSE EVERY E-MAIL AND TEXT

July 29/08. Britain’s MI5 intelligence service has persuaded the Home Office to get government approval for a massive increase in surveillance in Britain, already the most-watched nation in the West.

In London, every citizen already is captured on camera an average of 400 times a day. An increasing number of the cameras are directly linked to MI5’s state-of-the-art computers in the basement of headquarters overlooking the Thames. Billions of images are already stored there.

But now secret plans by the Security Service and Scotland Yard’s anti-terrorist command want to detail every phone call, e-mail, text message and online purchase to aid the fight against terrorism. Four billion e-mails are sent every day in the UK. Last year 67 billion text messages were transmitted.  - worldnetdaily

HOW BIG BROTHER WATCHES YOUR EVERY MOVE

August 17/08.  In our ever-growing surveillance society, the average Briton is being recorded 3,000 times a week.

In many cases information is kept by companies such as banks and shops, but in certain circumstances they can be asked to hand it over to a range of legal authorities.

An investigation by The Sunday Telegraph has now uncovered just how much personal data is being collected about individuals by the Government, law enforcement agencies and private companies each day.

In one week, the average person living in Britain has 3,254 pieces of personal information stored about him or her, most of which is kept in databases for years, and in some cases, indefinitely. The data includes details about shopping habits, mobile phone use, emails, locations during the day, journeys and internet searches.

MOBILE PHONES           

Every day the average person makes three mobile phone calls and sends at least two text messages. Each time, the network provider logs information about who was called as well as the caller’s location and direction of travel, worked out by triangulation from phone masts.

Customers can also have their locations tracked even when they are not using their mobile phones, as the devices send out unique identifying signals at regular intervals.

THE INTERNET

Internet service providers (ISPs) compile information about their customers when they go online, including name, address, the unique identification number for the connection, known as an IP address, any browser used, and location.

BANKS

Banks can also be required to hand over personal account information to the authorities if requested as part of an investigation. They also provide personal data to credit reference agencies, debt collectors and fraud prevention organisations.

Debit and credit card transactions can give information about where and on what people are spending their money.

CLOSED-CIRCUIT TELEVISION

The biggest source of surveillance in Britain is through the network of CCTV (closed-circuit television) cameras. On average, an individual will appear on 300 CCTV cameras during a day, and those tapes are kept by many organisations for indefinite lengths of time.

On the London Underground network, Transport for London operates more than 8,500 CCTV cameras in its underground stations, 1,550 cameras on tube trains, and up to 60,000 cameras on buses.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Travel passes such as the Oyster Card used in London and the Key card, in Oxford, can also reveal remarkable amounts of information about an individual. When they are registered to a person’s name, they record journey history, dates, times and fares.

FOX NEWS / Sept 23/08. Homeland Security is now testing the next generation of security screening - a body scanner that can read your mind.

Most preventive screening looks for explosives or metals that pose a threat. But a new system called MALINTENT turns the old school approach on its head. This Orwellian-sounding machine detects the person - not the device - set to wreak havoc and terror.

MALINTENT, the brainchild of the cutting-edge Human Factors division in Homeland Security’s directorate for Science and Technology, searches your body for non-verbal cues that predict whether you mean harm to your fellow passengers.

It has a series of sensors and imagers that read your body temperature, heart rate and respiration for unconscious telltale signs invisible to the naked eye - signals terrorists and criminals may display in advance of an attack. It’s like an X-ray for bad intentions.

So here’s how it works. When the sensors identify that something is “off,” they transmit warning data to analysts, who decide whether to flag passengers for further questioning. The next step involves micro-facial scanning, which involves measuring minute muscle movements in the face for clues to mood and intention.

CALLS FOR THE U.S. AND E.U. TO SHARE PERSONAL DATA

The Guardian reported, August 7/08, that Europe was told it should consider sharing vast amounts of intelligence and other information about its citizens with the US in an effort to establish a “Euro-Atlantic area of cooperation” to combat terrorism.

The 27-member countries of the EU should also pool intelligence on terrorism, develop joint video-surveillance and unmanned drone aircraft, start networks of anti-terrorism centres, and boost the role and powers of an intelligence-coordinating body

A high level confidential report on future society said the EU would fail to beat terrorism unless it developed a full partnership with Washington.

“The EU should make up its mind with regard to the political objective of achieving a Euro-Atlantic area of cooperation with the United States in the field of freedom, security and justice,” it said. Such a pact would entail the transfer of vast volumes of information on European citizens and travellers to the US authorities.

HUMAN ID CHIPS GET UNDER MY SKIN

David H. Holtzman, in Businessweek,  Feb 13/08 says:

The technology is available, but the potential for misuse is almost limitless. Our columnist takes you through the dangers of this futuristic process.

While it’s easy to reject the notion of placing little ID chips inside humans as an ominous Orwellian invasion of individual rights, I suspect it’s inevitable that in my lifetime we will all have some kind of computerized implants. My problem is not with the technology, known as chipping, or with the companies that sell it. My concern stems from my lack of trust in institutions and lack of belief that the technology will be forever restricted to beneficial, socially acceptable uses.

Privacy. Advocates of chipping often downplay privacy and security worries by stressing the chips merely contain a number rather than any actual personal information. However, that may be dangerous enough.

Hacking and Misuse. I trust VeriChip, I guess. At least I have no reason not to trust them. But what about someone hacking into their databases? (Please don’t tell me their security is absolutely foolproof.)

All it would take is a careless employee to accidentally expose everyone’s numbers to an ill-intentioned hacker. Since you can’t reprogram chips already implanted, would we all need to have them physically swapped out whenever VeriChip’s database was compromised?

Unintended Consequences. Once implanted, these chips, and the associated network of chip readers deployed to work with them, will be around for a long time. Who knows which agencies might be given access to the database down the road as part of new policy initiatives?  - www.businessweek.com

THE DREADED IMPLANTED CHIP

March 14/09. It’s not only the US in trouble, it’s the entire world.  The global crisis could only be brought about by those who control the banking systems of the world.

SOMETHING HUGE IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN

Wow, that from one of the savviest traders on Wall Street; a statement like that coming from a man who probably stands to lose more of his personal wealth than any other human being on this planet. That statement comes after the biggest bank “bail out” debacles ever to hit this continent. Buffet believes there is no let up in sight for the freefall of this economy.

“As we head into the next four years of an Obama presidency we will see and feel the temperature rising under our seats. The stage is being set for the grand unveiling of the New World Order. Our Bibles speak of this phenomenon happening in the very last days before Christ’s return.

“I feel a kind of peace as I watch the current worldwide events unfolding and know that they are completely biblical and that they were indeed foretold by the prophets thousands of years ago. We’ve read about the end times and the events that are to happen, but to actually witness the physical unveiling of the Word of God before our eyes has a peaceful yet eerie feeling, like something huge is about to happen.” q

THE TIME FRAME OF COMING EVENTS

Yes, something huge is going to happen!  And we are already seeing many huge things occurring. 

Certainly current events are preparing for the reign of the Beast. But while we are already seeing major attempts to revamp the monetary system, and to internationalise government, trade, religion, law and order, and “the works,” the actual prophesied satanic system will not take place until after the Man of Sin is revealed, and after he brings the nations to their knees through the world war early in the Tribulation.

2 Thessalonians 2 indicates that that man will not be revealed until after the Rapture. So true believers, (the Body of Christ), will not be here for the public appearance, and the global reign of the Beast.

If the coming of the NWO and the revealing of the Man of Sin seems imminent, then the Rapture is even more imminent. So let’s look up!

There are nine huge events that have been prophesied, and these are listed here, I believe, in the order of their occurrence. Watch these major events drawing nearer every day!

1.   THE RAPTURE.  The catching up of true believers from all around the world. This means millions of people will vanish from the nations. Their bodies will be supernaturally transformed by the power of God in a moment, and in their new “spiritual” bodies, that are no longer limited to time and space, they will  be translated to the Father’s House.  The disappearance of millions of people will have a tremendous impact on the nations of the world and on their economies.

2.  THE MAN OF SIN (Antichrist) WILL BE REVEALED as a peace-maker. He will, no doubt, provide convincing but false explanations for the disappearance of the true believers. And he will now gain the attention of the people still on the earth, as he brings about a “miracle” by clinching a 7-year Peace Treaty between Israel and many other nations. Having succeeded where all the past presidents and diplomats have failed, he will receive great acclaim. (2 Thess 2:1-12)

3. THE GREAT TRIBULATION BEGINS. This will be seven years of “hell on earth.” (Matthew 24:21; Daniel 12:1; Joel 2:1-11; Isaiah 13 & 24;  Revelation 6 to19.)

4.   The peace treaty will fail after a short time, and WORLD WAR will break out, which will end in a nuclear holocaust.  (see Ezekiel 29:9-16.  38:22; 39:6; Isaiah 17:1; 24:1-6; Malachi 4:1;  Revelation 6:3-8.  Also Joel 3:9-12; Zechariah 12:2-3; Daniel 11:40-44).

5.   After the devastation of nuclear war, the Prince of Rome (Antichrist) who is the apparent victor, will set up his headquarters in Israel. A TEMPLE FOR ALL NATIONS will be built in Jerusalem where Antichrist will shortly be enthroned, claiming that he is the god of gods.  (Daniel 11:36-39. 2 Thess 2:3-4).

6. Jerusalem will be the centre for the ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT which will be instituted by the Antichrist and the surviving nations. Antichrist will then reign worldwide for 3½ years . (Daniel 11:45)

7.   A “MARK OF THE BEAST” IDENTIFICATION AND TRADING SYSTEM will be imposed and every person on earth must receive the number/mark to be able to buy or sell. The most evil part of this will be that to receive the ID mark, a person must give allegiance to the World Leader, which will mean worshipping him.  Those who refuse the mark and refuse to worship him, will be beheaded. (Revelation 13:11-18; 20:4)

8.   THE MESSIAH, AS KING OF KINGS, WILL RETURN IN GREAT POWER, bringing destruction to the Antichrist, the False Prophet and their armies. (Revelation 19:11-21). Satan is then bound and cast into the bottomless pit.  (Rev 20:1-3) 

9.   THE WORLDWIDE KINGDOM OF GOD WILL BE ESTABLISHED.  This is the 1,000 year Millennial Reign. (Revelation 11:15; Daniel 7:13-14. Matthew 25:31-34; Isaiah 2:2-4)

Truly blessed are those who participate in the Rapture, and in the Kingdom of God.

Y’shua the Messiah says to His people: “But when these things (the beginning of sorrows) begin to take place, straighten yourselves and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.” (Luke 21:28)

The Master never promised us constant calm seas and smooth sailing. There will be storms. But Y’shua does promise us a safe passage, for He is with us in the storms of life.

When we see our financial security threatened, the believer still has Hope, as he knows very well that this world is not our home. We are looking for our heavenly city, and for the eternal Kingdom of God.

So in these anxious times, we have the great and blessed expectation – our Saviour is with us, and He is coming for us!

Out there in society, however, many people are losing hope. And some of those discouraged, disillusioned people out there are beginning to look for answers on the things that really matter, such as their destiny. This is a time when believers should take every opportunity to offer the word of truth and a lasting hope, and point perishing souls to the Saviour. They need Him!

DO NOT FEAR, BELIEVER!

WE’RE ON THE WINNING SIDE!

Here are some wonderful promises of our mighty Saviour, for each one of us in these days.

“Yes, when I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.”  (Psalm 23:4)

“YHWH is my Light and my Salvation; whom shall I fear? YHWH is the Refuge - the Stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

When evildoers - my adversaries and my enemies - come against me to devour my flesh, they will stumble and fall. Though an army encamp against me, my heart will not fear. Though war should break out against me, yet in this I shall be confident. …

For in the day of evil He hides me in His Shelter; in the Secret Place of His Tent He hides me; He sets me high upon a Rock.” (Psalm 27:1-3, 5)

“How blessed is the man who stands in awe of YHWH, who has found great delight in His commands. He will not be afraid of an evil report; his heart is steadfast, trusting in YHWH. His heart is upheld, he will not be afraid, while he looks on his adversaries.”  (Psalm 112:1, 7-8)

“Encourage the exhausted, and strengthen the feeble. Say to those with palpitating heart, ‘Be strong; take courage, fear not.

Look! Your God will come with vengeance; the recompense of God. He will come and save you’.” (Isaiah 35:3-4)

“Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; definitely I will help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” (Isaiah 41:10)

“But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So do not fear; you are more valuable than many sparrows.” (Matthew 10:30-31)

“For you have not received a spirit of bondage leading to fear again, but you have received the Spirit of adoption - of sonship – by whom we cry out, ‘Abba! Father!’” (Romans 8:15)

Finally, for any readers who know or fear they are not saved, the Scripture says:

“The Word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart – that is, the Word of faith which we are proclaiming, that …if you confess with your mouth Y’shua as LORD (as Saviour and Master)  and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart man believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.

For the Scripture says, whoever believes in Him will not be disappointed. … for whoever will call upon the Name of the Lord will be saved.”  (Romans 10:8-11,13)

So dear one, settle the matter now! The following decision prayer will help you to express faith in the Saviour.

DECISION PRAYER

Heavenly Father, I come before You today, in the Name of Y’shua, the Lord Jesus. Feeling my own unworthiness, I come just as I am, a sinner needing Your salvation.

I believe that Jesus the Messiah is the Son of God, the Saviour who came from Heaven to earth to save sinners like me. I believe His death on the cross paid the penalty of my sin, and that He will set me free from condemnation.

Lord Jesus, thank You for the great sacrifice You made to save me. I believe that You are the living Saviour who rose from the dead, ascended to Heaven, and that You are now seated on the Throne of Eternity.

Trusting You for salvation, I now receive You as my Saviour and Master. By Your grace and strength, I will live for You from this day on.  Master, please make me like You.

Heavenly Father, thank You for hearing my prayer and for receiving me as Your child. Thank You for Your forgiveness, and for Your gift of eternal life. Thank You so much for your love. Thank You Father. In the Name of Y’shua, Jesus the Messiah, I pray.  Amen.
