There’s a lot of Writing on the Wall !

My dear Reader,
Warm greetings to you in the wonderful Name of Y’shua the Messiah. I trust you are richly encouraged in our Blessed Redeemer in these anxious times!

Over the last two months I have been engaged in extensive ministry in England (September) and India (October). And I thank all who have prayed for my itinerary and upheld me before the Throne of Grace during this time. In England I had 30 meetings or sessions, and although the attendance was not huge crowds, those that came were very interested. My main subject was “The Middle East Countdown to the Second Holocaust.”
DVD recordings were made of this message, and these are now available from Martin and Brenda at our UK office, and from Kevin at our West Australian branch. Already a couple of hundred of these DVD’s have gone out, and I am encouraged that the message is reaching many more people through this means.
In India, the main program was a 4-day prophetic conference. Bro Vijay and I shared the teaching in 12 sessions. Attendance was between 800 and 2000. There were many encouragements, and the Father blessed countless lives.

People have been asking me about conditions in the UK these days. Well, I found a lot of concern because of the ways things are going.

One brother assured me that UK has already “gone down the chute.” That may be a little exaggerated, but many of the accounts I heard were quite alarming. There’s a lot of “writings on the wall” in Britain today!
Britain is now 60 million people, and one big concern is the fast growing Islamic population. London already has the world’s largest mosque, but an even bigger one is now being built, in East London, which will hold 40,000 people.

“HOLOCAUST DAY” MUST BE SCRAPPED
Downing Street (The UK PM’s office) is facing calls from Islamic advisers to abolish the Jewish Holocaust Memorial Day, established by Tony Blair 4 years ago, because it is “offensive to Muslims.”
The Muslim advisers are asking for Holocaust Day to be replaced with Genocide Day to recognise “the murders of members of their own faith in Palestine, Chechnya and Bosnia.”

ATTACKS ON “THE CHURCH”
There is an alarming amount of anti-Bible legislation being enacted which seems to be calculated to destroy Biblical Christianity in the UK. Protestantism and the evangelical faith are increasingly targeted while Multiculturalism and Romanism are promoted.

THE GROWING ROMAN EMPIRE
The UK has virtually sold out to Brussels (the EU). The destruction of Sterling - the Pound - and its replacement by the Euro is only a matter of time; and when that happens, I’m told, the gold reserves of UK will come under central EU control. Then England, Scotland and Wales will simply become regions in Europe.
EU laws are being enacted affecting UK and all EU countries, and many are passed, not by parliament, but by executive order. National status is being steadily eroded, and soon there will be only one nation - the United States of Europe. And that European superstate will be a major step leading to a one world order.
Europe was dedicated to the Queen of Heaven by the Vatican in 1309; and the Vatican today is playing a major role in the recreation of a “Holy Roman Empire.”
In Revelation 12 we have this picture …
“And a great sign was seen in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and on her head a crown of twelve stars, and being pregnant, she cried out in pain, being in labour and about to give birth.” (Revelation 12:1-2)

The woman here represents Israel who gave birth to the Messiah who is to rule all nations. (v. 5)

But through a false interpretation of this verse, the erroneous doctrine of Mary the Queen of Heaven has been perpetuated, and this has taken deep root in the Roman Europe. At Brussels airport, you can see a statue of “Mary” surrounded by the 12 EU stars.

The EU has also adopted as a symbol of the Union, a woman riding over the sea on a beast – actually Europa, a mythological Phoenician princess who was abducted by the Greek god Zeus, disguised as a bull.
The woman riding the beast can be Europa or the false Mary or the “daughter of Elysium” who is lauded in the national anthem of the EU.

Joy, bright spark of divinity, Daughter of Elysium,
Fire-inspired we tread Thy sanctuary.
Thy magic power re-unites all that custom has divided,
All men become brothers,
Under the sway of thy gentle wings.

The symbol of Europa has been printed on British postage stamps, imprinted on the two euro coin, and is featured in murals and paintings. This symbol is similar to the picture of Mystery Babylon – the mother of harlots and abominations, in Revelation 17.

“Then he carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness. There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was full of blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns.
“And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and glittered with gold, precious stones and pearls; and in her hand she had a golden cup full of abominable, repulsive things and the filth of her immorality; and on her forehead there was inscribed a name with a mysterious meaning, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.” (Revelation 17:3-5)

The European constitution which had been prepared and presented to the 25 countries of the EU for ratifi-cation was scuttled by several of them. But now the plan is to modify and represent the draft so that the adoption of a federal constitution can become a reality in 2008. By then Romania and Bulgaria expect to become members bring the total to 27 countries.

PLEA FOR A UNITED STATES OF EUROPE
Last year, in a bid to go against the euro-sceptic tide that has dominated EU public opinion, Belgian PM Guy Verhofstadt pleaded for the creation of a federal “United States of Europe.” Mr Verhofstadt, a liberal, presented his new book, provocatively entitled “The United States of Europe.” - Euobserver / Brussels / Dec 1, 05

THE MENTAL CAPACITY ACT 2005
This act will come into full effect in UK from 2007, and campaigners have warned this Act will lead to wide-spread euthanasia. It allows doctors, and even obliges them, to deny treatment and care, including food and fluids, to non-dying patients with the aim of ending their lives.

CALL FOR ‘NON-VOLUNTARY EUTHANASIA’
Writing in the Royal Society of Medicine journal Clinical Ethics, Len Doyal, an emeritus professor of medical ethics and adviser to the British Medical Association, has firmly backed non-voluntary euthanasia for patients who are too ill to ask for death.

Doyal contends that ‘regulated, intentional active killing can have a proper place in good medical practice’, and asks: “What would be the moral point in expending [valuable palliative care] resources on severe-ly incompetent patients whose best interests will be served by a quick and painless death?”
One can find the answer to Doyal’s ‘moral point’ challenge in the Bible - i.e., we should acknowledge the Creator as the giver and taker of life. Our lives are not our own (Jeremiah 10:23) but belong to God (1 Corinthians 6:20), who said, “You shall not murder.” (Exodus 20:13).
British opponents of ‘assisted dying’ are justifiably concerned, especially having observed the conse-quences of the Dutch legalization of euthanasia.

Peter Saunders, campaign director of the anti-euthan-asia alliance Care Not Killing, said: “The clear lesson from the Netherlands, where over 1,000 patients are killed by doctors every year without their consent and where babies with special needs are killed ... is that when voluntary euthanasia is legalised involuntary euthanasia inevitably follows.”

ASSISTED SUICIDE
The British parliament is considering a bill to legalize assisted suicide - Lord Joffe’s Assisted Dying for the Terminally-ill Bill. Assisted suicide means a doctor provides a patient with the means to kill himself or herself in order to relieve “unbearable suffering.”
The misleading use of the term ‘assisted dying’ gives the impression of assisting the natural process. In reality it is unnatural death, i.e., homicide and suicide.
Currently the 1961 Suicide Act prohibits assisting suicide. The revised Joffe Bill introduced on 9th November 05, would create a set of rules where assist-ing suicide would be lawful. These rules include the provisions that the principal people involved are doctors;
and that these doctors decide that the patient fulfils certain criteria:

* He (or she) has a terminal illness
* Has “unbearable suffering”
* Makes a written request for assistance to die
* A formal declaration of a wish to die
* Has capacity to make such a decision
* Receives certain advice and information.

PRO-EUTHANASIA GROUP HELPS FINANCE VISITS TO SWISS SUICIDE CLINIC
A secret organisation headed by a retired family doctor is illegally providing terminally-ill British people with thousands of pounds to enable them to travel to a Swiss suicide clinic. The Last Choice (TLC) was set up last year by Dr Michael Irwin, a former chairman of the Voluntary Euthanasia Society (VES), to operate as an underground benevolence network for British people seeking to kill themselves.
TLC has been covertly channeling funds to them to finance trips to the clinic in Zurich, run by the controversial Swiss charity, Dignitas, which provides people with “doctor-assisted suicides.” Payments of up to £2,000 per person are allocated to cover flights, hotels, cremation and doctors’ fees, “according to need.”
TLC has also been providing escorts to accompany the clients to the clinic and has been offering them advice on how to arrange their own deaths at Dignitas.
Such actions are criminal offences under the 1961 Suicide Act, which states that anyone who “aids, abets, counsels or procures the suicide of another” is liable to up to 14 years’ imprisonment.
Dr Irwin, who is also a former medical director of the United Nations, admitted that he realised that what TLC was doing broke the law. - Sunday Telegraph / 8 May 05

ATHEISTS TO TEACH RELIGION
THE British Government hopes to recruit a new generation of Religious Education teachers who have no personal faith and who know next to nothing about the Bible.
So desperate is the national shortage of RE teachers in schools that the Teacher Training Agency has written to humanities graduates to tell them that today’s religious instruction “bears little resemblance to the subject taught when you were at school.”
As part of a £3 million campaign launched this month, thousands of letters have been sent to graduates considering careers as teachers, saying that RE is no longer just about learning the Bible. – The Sunday Telegraph /29 May 05

CHRISTIAN COURSE IN PRISON AXED
A pioneering Christian course for prisoners has been closed by the Prison Service after criticism that it does not comply with “diversity policies.” The Inner Change programme was axed after apparently falling foul of the Government’s “multi-faith” approach.

CHAPEL STRIPPED OF ITS CROSS
“Political correction” is running crazy in UK. One instance: A crematorium chapel was ordered to remove a wooden cross that had hung on the wall for 50 years. This was part of a drive to “protect respect for all faiths.” And the chapel would now be called the “ceremony hall.”

REFUGE FOR HOMELESS TO LOSE GRANT FOR SAYING GRACE AT MEALTIME
A Christian refuge for homeless young people has been told it stands to lose crucial county council funding because grace is said before meals.

The Barnabas House refuge, set up more than a decade ago by King’s Lynn Baptist Church, has been told by Norfolk Council (East England), that prayers, Bibles placed in rooms and advertising for Christian events are all “inappropriate.” It has also been told that it must relax the strict ban on any alcohol or drugs. – Telegraph

BRITAIN:

WORLD LEADER IN SURVEILLANCE

AN official report on the spread of surveillance technology has been drawn up by a team of respected academics for Britain’s Information Commissioner. The report claims that Britain is a world-leader in the use of surveillance technology and its citizens are the most spied-upon in the free world.
Britain ranks as the worst western democracy at protecting individual privacy, at the level of Russia, China, Malaysia and Singapore. Only slightly better were the US, Thailand and the Philippines, described as “extensive surveillance societies.”

The report estimates that there are now over four million cameras in Britain, one for every 14 people, a 300% increase in just three years. The average Briton is captured about 300 times a day on film.
And it is not only “dataveillance” and the use of credit cards, mobile phones and loyalty card information, and CCTV (cameras); surveillance ranges from US security agencies monitoring telecommunications traffic passing through Britain, to key stroke information used to gauge work rates.

The report coincides with the publication by the human rights group Privacy International of figures that suggest Britain is the worst Western democracy at protecting individual privacy.
The report’s editors, Dr David Murakami Wood, managing editor of the journal Surveillance and Society, and Dr Kirstie Ball, an Open University lecturer in Organisation Studies, claim that by 2016 our almost every movement, purchase and communication could be monitored by a complex network of interlinking surveillance technologies.

THE RISE OF THE BIG BROTHER STATE
The experts predict humans could soon have ID chips implanted under the skin, and warn that people may be forced to be ‘micro-chipped’ like pet dogs. The prospect of ‘chip-citizens’ brings up terrifying echoes of George Orwell’s ‘Big Brother’ police state as in the book 1984.
The most contentious prediction is the spread in the use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. The RFID chips - which can be detected and read by radio waves - are already used in new UK passports, and they are also used by the Oyster card system to access the London Transport network.
Chips in humans have already been trialed in America, where they have been implanted in mentally-ill elderly people. The microchips - which are implanted under the skin - allow the wearer’s movements to be tracked and store personal information about them.
Chips could be used by companies who want to keep tabs on an employee’s movements, or by Governments who want a foolproof way of identifying their citizens - and storing information about them.
Earlier this year a security company in Ohio chipped two of its employees to allow them to enter a secure area. The glass-encased chips were planted in the recipients’ upper right arms and ‘read’ by a device similar to a credit card reader.
In their Report on the Surveillance Society, the authors warn the call for everyone to be implanted is now being seriously debated. “The surveillance society has surrounded us without us realising. Some of it is essential for providing the services we need: health, benefits, education. Some of it is more questionable. Some of it may be unjustified, intrusive and oppressive. People are being scrutinised and having their lives tracked, and are not even aware of it.”
All this paints a frightening picture of what Britain might be like in ten years time unless steps are taken to regulate the use of CCTV and other spy technologies.

THE DRINKS ARE ON BIG BROTHER
The British government has announced that it wishes to send nationwide a previously localized program of mandatory fingerprint scanners at the entrance of every pub and club in major UK cities.
As usual this is being sold as a way to reduce alcohol related crime and weed out troublemakers. We’re all suspects now, we’re all possible criminals and we all need to be scanned and catalogued in order to save civilized society. The young hoodlums are taking over and we must all be considered dangerous in order to stop them.
The move to introduce the scanners is being sold to club and bar owners with the promise that they can stay open longer if they implement it. If they refuse that nice little earner they will simply be shut down as new licenses stipulate that a landlord, who doesn’t install fingerprint security and fails to show a “considerable” reduction in alcohol-related violence, will be put on report by the police and have their licenses revoked.
What’s more, reports detail the fact that all clubs and bars that have this forced upon them, or choose to willingly use it, will be hooked up to a centralized database in order to easily share the biometric information. Access to this database will also be granted to the police and the government.
The Department for Constitutional Affairs (DCA) said there needed to be a balance between sharing information responsibly and respecting the citizen’s rights. “Massive social and technological advances have occurred in the last few decades and will continue in the years to come.” We must rise to the challenges and seize the opportunities it provides for individual citizens and society as a whole.”
BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING ... And listening and shouting and scanning and taking your fingerprints and swabbing your DNA. A commentator says
“As a citizen of the UK I have not known a time when civil liberties have been under attack from so many angles at the same time. In the name of the war on crime, the war on terror, the war on drugs, the war on binge drinking, and the war on anything that the government can’t be bothered to get to the real cause of, we have to relinquish our privacy.” - Source: several newsreports

My reader, these are a few of the alarming conditions developing in UK today. Similar things are happening in other countries, which underlines the reality that the endtimes are here!

And …
“When these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.” (Luke 21:28)
